Port City Raceway Added to Sooner 600 Week with the Lucas Oil NOW600

DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (February 3, 2018) - The slate is fully set for the second edition of Sooner 600 Week featuring the Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by MyRacePass with Port City Raceway being added to the week of micros.

After sitting dormant during the inaugural season of the Sooner 600 Week, Port City Raceway in Tulsa, Okla. is back in business under Mike & Megan Eubanks along with Larry Adkins. Today officials have announced that they will pick up the finale of the Lucas Oil NOW600 National Series Speedweek on Saturday, June 23.

A 1/8 mile located on the outskirts of Tulsa near the Port of Catoosa, Port City Raceway has been the backbone of Micro Sprint racing in the United States known for their spectacular weekly events and special events such as the Donnie Ray Crawford Memorial, Non-Wing Nationals, Spring Fling and the Outlaw Nationals.

"Our drivers have wanted a NOW600 show at Port City since we started the series in 2013." commented NOW600 Series Founder, Terry Mattox. "To finally be able to get a race at this historic track is unbelievable. We can not thank Mike and Megan Eubanks along with Larry Adkins enough for this amazing opportunity to showcase our series at their track."

The Week of Speed for the Lucas Oil NOW600 National Series presented by MyRacePass will feature the three premier NOW600 classes: Stock Non-Wing, Winged A-Class, and Restricted 'A' Class.
