NOW600 National Micros
NOW600 and EMSA Partner to Form the C2 Micro Sprint National Championship
DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (February 26, 2018) – The National Open Wheel 600 Series and the Eco Mini Sprint Association have partnered together to form the NOW600 C2 Micro Sprint National Championship as well as the NOW600 EMSA C2 Micro Series.
Known across the country as Turf Tire, the new C2 will follow the rules established by the NOW600 EMSA C2 Series. John Coyle will head the NOW600 C2 Micro Sprint National Championship as well as the NOW600 EMSA C2 Series.
The partnership with the NOW600 Series and EMSA will help promote the growth of “Economy Micro Sprint” racing across the country while also allowing drivers to run for a National Championship.
The NOW600 EMSA C2 Series is currently scheduled to compete in the southern part of Texas in 2018. You can find there schedule soon on www.now600series.com or by contacting Series Coordinator, John Coyle.
The 2018 season for the NOW600 EMSA C2 Series is March 17 at Battleground Speedway in Highlands, Texas.
The points for the C2 National Series will be awarded “Weekly Racing” style to crown an overall champion counting a driver’s best 15-20 nights and counting that towards the C2 National Championship.
