Lucas Oil NOW600 National Micro Series Travels to Superbowl Speedway This Weekend

Inside Line Promotions – DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (March 19, 2018) – The Lucas Oil NOW600 National Micro Series presented by MyRacePass will visit Texas this weekend for the first time this season.
Superbowl Speedway in Greenville hosts the Texas Short Track Showdown on Friday and Saturday. It marks the first two of four series races this season at the track, which is one of three facilities in the Lone Star State that the Lucas Oil NOW600 National Micro Series will visit in 2018.
All three premier classes – Stock Non-Wing, Winged ‘A’ Class and Restricted ‘A’ Class – will compete both nights. The event begins on Thursday with a practice session from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Both race nights are full-point shows with the top-four finishers in each class on Friday locking into the feature redraw for Saturday’s A Main.
Chris Cochran (Stock Non-Wing), Harley Hollan (Winged ‘A’ Class) and Garth Kasiner (Restricted ‘A’ Class) are the points leaders after each driver won two of the first three series races this season.
The pits open at 4 p.m. with the front gates opening at 5:30 p.m. each night. The drivers meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Friday and 6 p.m. on Saturday with hot laps to follow. The pill draw will be open for one hour preceding the drivers meeting both nights.
Nightly tickets are $12 for adults and $7 for children ages 7-years-old to 11-years old. Children ages 6-years-old and younger get in free.
