Inside Line Promotions – DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (May 20, 2019) – The Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Tel-Star Technologies will venture to Kansas this weekend to take part in the 4th annual Midget Round Up.

The series made its debut at Airport Raceway in Garden City last year when two of the three premier divisions competed during both nights of the doubleheader. Daniel Shaffer swept the Stock Non-Wing main events and Daison Pursley won both of the Winged ‘A’ Class features last year.

This year’s TBJ Promotions event, which is this Saturday and Sunday, will showcase all three major classes.

Frank Flud is the points leader in both the Stock Non-Wing and Winged ‘A’ Class divisions entering this weekend. Flud has won five of the nine Stock Non-Wing races and seven of the nine Winged ‘A’ Class features this year.

Ryan Timms is atop the Restricted ‘A’ Class division thanks to six wins in nine races.

This weekend marks the first visit to the state of Kansas this season for the series, which has already competed in Oklahoma and Texas.

The front gates are scheduled to open at 4 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m. each night.

Tickets are $20 for adults on Saturday and $15 on Sunday. Children ages 12-years-old and younger get in free both nights.
